The Gildare family, have been delivering shotfirer's courses and explosives training since the early 1980s.

Firstly by Bill Gildare a retired Quarry Manager and Explosives Inspector.

Now Bob Gildare his son continues his work.

Bob Gildare is also the manager of Boulder Busters (A small drill and blast business, dedicated to precision drilling and blasting for those tricky jobs)

He has worked as a professional shotfirer in metalliferous mining, and has a sound understanding of the range of needs required in the Mining and Civil industries.

He began his career alongside his father Bill, as a youngster and has taken over the business' which he has expanded.

The new Nationally approved (RII Compliant) course provided in association with North Metropolitan TAFE is the long awaited next step into the future.
