Corporate fee structure would be negotiated if you elect to hold the course on your premises.

Courses have an examination on completion.

The cost includes all explosives, books.

ETC's Shotfirer's Course exceeds the Department of Mines, Industrial Regulation and Safety (DMIRS) and National (RII) criteria for license issue, with the aim of producing knowledgeable and competent shotfirer's who are safe and valuable employees. 

Aim

To exceed DMIRS and RII Criteria for the issue of a Shotfirer's License, the course provides the student with practical and theoretical instruction. The knowledge to become a safe and competent shotfirer.

 

Course Times

Courses are run from 08:30 to 17:30 approximately.

Training is at:  North Metropolitan TAFE, 140 Royal Street, East Perth.

You will be able to walk from the Rail station.

Report to Administration for Directions to ROOM A207. 

Parking is ONLY available outside of the College Boundaries.

When are Courses Run?

Courses are run continuously usually in the first couple of weeks of each month.

Course numbers are restricted to 10 to optimise the learning outcome.
